



3 Years of Crafting One of the Most Surfacing-Heavy Animations

I began this journey as a Senior Look Development Artist, leading shader R&D on hero assets. I developed custom shader templates that became the foundation for achieving the stunning visual style envisioned by Netflix’s incredible art team.
As Lead, I played a key role in workflow design, optimizing procedures while actively contributing to character, prop, and environment surfacing.
Stepping up as Supervisor, I worked directly with clients, led the hiring process, and mentored the lookdev team, ensuring they reached their full potential while delivering the project's distinctive artistic vision.
Throughout this journey, I also spearheaded surfacing-to-pipeline communication, contributed to tool development, and streamlined workflows to enhance efficiency across the studio.
